Let’s Make A Deal Season Three™ OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

 

Contest Dates: 9/22/08 – 11/22/08.  We will qualify 75 listeners on air.  To qualify, listeners must be the 9^th caller at 332-0983 when they hear the Let’s Make A Deal contest sounder.  All qualifiers will receive one $1 lottery ticket, and an invitation for 2 people to the Let’s Make A Deal event.   Event will be held Saturday, November 22^nd  at 8:00pm at Level 5 at City Stage (21 N Front Street, downtown Wilmington).  Everyone must show valid id and invitation to enter the event.  No transfer of invitations allowed.  All contestants and their guest will be entered to play Let’s Make A Deal. Contests, prizes, and values of prizes will vary.  (Some qualifiers may be chosen through the text club and through printable invitations on Surf983.com)

 

1.        Contestant must be 18 years or older to be eligible to win.

2.        Winners of certain prizes and cash will be required to sign a W9 form and show valid photo ID to claim their prize. 

3.       Contest is open to legal residents of the US only.  Employees and the immediate family members of Nextmedia Operating, Inc. /  WSFM – Surf 98.3 and their affiliates, suppliers, all competing media employee, and all employees of participating sponsors are ineligible to win.  Participating sponsors include:

Level 5 at City Stage, Porter’s Neck Tire and Auto, Cutting Edge Electronics, Warehouse9.com, The Soapox, Carolina Video, Whizzbang, Adam and Eve, Hook Line and Paddle, Lucky 7 Tattoo, Coastal Glass Tinting, Electric Scooters, Expressions, Hardwire Tattoo.

4.        Prize will be awarded only after the eligibility is verified.  WSFM reserves the right to disqualify any entry if contest rules are not followed.

5.        WSFM, it’s employees, affiliates, sponsors, advertisers, owners, vendors, or any other party connected with this giveaway; do not assume liability or responsibility for; damage, injury, loss of property, earning wages, employment, personal or family hardship, personal or professional detriment resulting from travel to or from, preparation for or participation in this contest or giveaway.  WSFM assumes no liability or responsibility, nor vouches for the safety of the performance of any prize awarded, nor in connection with any warranty or representation there with. 

6.        Prizes are non-transferable.  Winner will receive prize once eligibility is verified.

7.        Winner agrees by acceptance of this prize to allow WSFM / Surf 98.3 to use his/her likeness, voice, and/or name without further consent or compensation for advertising and promotional purposes in conjunction with this contest as well as future promotional campaigns.  Likewise, winner holds harmless WSFM and all parties stated, from negative repercussions resulting from use of his/her likeness, voice and/or name in conjunction with the promotion and advertising campaigns.
